CUSTOM HOMES/REMODELS/ADDITIONS : Whatever philosophy, type or style of home we are here to help! We are particularly excited about earth-conscious building projects and making them as affordable as possible. 1. AS-BUILTS : As-built drawings, are typically existing condition drawings. They generally consist of a combination of, or any one of the following : Floor Plans, Interior Elevations, Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plans and Sections. 2. RENDERINGS: Recently the demand for Exterior and Interior Design and Renderings has been expanding. We are now, with high expectations, seeking out 3D rendering and Concept Design both in Residential and Commercial projects. What can be done in this field with Sketch Up is impressive! 3. SKETCH UP & ARCHITECTURAL MENTORING, COURSES AND TRAINING : In 2018 Gregg was honored by Trimble Inc. by inviting him to be an expert Sketch Up presenter at their Bi-anual Basecamp Seminar. He has put together an exciting and unique approach to Construction Document presentations by streamlining the process to make it more affordable.
