The Construction Documents shown below are limited page samples of projects we did for David Smith Architect. All of our drawings are created utilizing SketchUp 3D modeling.

The drawings immediately below are the end result of an in-house, real-time design session with the store owner. In a sense you could call this a collaboration but in truth all I did was to bring to life the owners ideas. It was a delight for both of us and she was thrilled with the end result.  She needed guidance for her builder and visual inspiration for the investors. I was able to help her in both regards because I myself am a builder/craftsman/woodworker as well as artist and an investor.
